Bienvenido a Sudokuworld.be!
And welcome to Sudoku World in it's Spanish form. We're really happy to welcome any Spanish Sudoku puzzle fans to our growing collection of world wide fans, as the entire site has just been translated into Spanish!
We're now up to English, Dutch and Spanish which is a pretty good start. Coming up soon will be French and German which will give us a good grasp of most of the western world!

It's been almost a month since SudokuWorld has been really live and kicking - in that, I mean it's being marketed, emailed and generally shouted about in the streets. So what does that mean? Well, it means we're becoming popular! That's right, we're getting lots of people together who all enjoy the wonderful world of Sudoku!
So heres some stats for all you Sudoku players:
- Number of visits in the last month = 12,000
- Number of unique visitors in the last month = 2,000
But of course, these are boring numbers, the real interesting things is about the Sudokus themselves:
- We have 500+ topscore's submitted
- 180 people submitted them, or at least lots of people with similar names
And where are all these people coming from? Well, considering this is pretty much a Belgian website, it's a diverse group:
1) United states
2) Netherlands
3) Belgium
4) Canada
5) UK
6) Australia
Which is a pretty cool group! Hopefully in the coming days or weeks, we're going to have Spanish and German translations, so hopefully the group is going to get a bit bigger!
Happy Sudoku'ing - and thanks for playing!

After a couple of hours of tweaking, I've finally managed to make SudokuWorld embeddable. I'm sure in the future this will be linked somewhere central in site, but for now I'm mentioning it here so SudokuWorld can be enjoyed already in all it's embeddable formats.
Do you use Google Homepage? If so, you can install SudokuWorld there by simply clicking on this:

Do you use Facebook? If so, you can install the SudokuWorld facebook application here:
(make sure you are first logged into facebook before you click on this link)
Click here to install Facebook App Sudoku World
And lastly, do you simply want to install an embeddable SudokuWorld on your blog or website? No problem, here is the code needed:

I recently read some comments placed in a an article about Sudoku world on in4mador, pondering on the point: if there is a SFW Sudoku, is there a NSFW Sudoku (NSFW meaning NOT Safe For Work). Well of course, this being the interweb and all, there is.
If you are over 18 then (or what ever the legal age to look at adult material is required in your country) check out the NSFW Sudoku: Sexy Sudoku.

Now that Sudoku World is pretty much fully up and running (except for some translations plus about, erm, 1000 extra features I want to add), I've started to get in contact with other puzzle websites to kind of "join the gang".
From this contact, it's really great to see that the blog Passion for Puzzles has put up a article about SudokuWorld, and from this article, the Sudoku blog Su.Doku.Es has also published its own article!
So it seems that SudokuWorld has been officially allowed into the gang. Which is nice (in the style of the Fast Show).

Someone asked me the other day if I would send them a few sudoku books packaged together. Of course I obliged; but then that got me to thinking that perhaps other people might want them too. So I'm putting them here as well, for anyone thats interested: the complete first 10 sudokuworld.be free ebooks in one package.
When I say free, I mean do what you want with them. Really, go nuts! All I hope is through which ever means, they're in some way fun!
The books are "zipped" together. If you're not sure what that means and you don't seem to be able to see the free books, install Winzip (it'll help) and then try opening the file again.

I'm pleased to announce that we've added some more books! So please go check out the books section, download and play!
We're now up to a grand ol' total of 10 volumes - although this isn't a huge amount it's a start!
Enjoy.

We've finally gone live! As of reading this we're up and running. We've got well over 1 million puzzles in the db and everything seems to be looking good!
We had to go live minus a few features, but they will be on their way really soon, namely:
translations - within the next few days we will have translations in Dutch/French/German/Spanish
help/cheat function - which will allow you to be helped with the sudoku puzzle, but then disables top score entry (this is useful for people not so great yet at completing the puzzle). This too will becoming within the next couple of weeks.
So with that said, we hope you enjoy the site. I'm David, the admin of the site, and will probably be updating regularly with news of new puzzle uploads, new books and new features!
